HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT VENTURE
In 2007, Oasis applied for an international recruiting license which was approved later in that year. After holding the recruiting license, Oasis established an international vocational training school named PROGRESSIVE TEST CENTRE Pvt Ltd at Ashulia in joint venture with Singaporean partners in order to train and export skilled labor to Singapore and under this operation of OTC. Oasis have successfully trained and recruited over 17,000 skilled workers to Singapore under Singaporean work permit scheme and generated substantial foreign revenue for the Country.
POULTRY VENTURE
Since 2007, we have been working closely with CP Bangladesh Co. Ltd, a well-renowned MNC in Thailand, operating globally in 64 countries, maintaining the highest standards in Agro & Poultry sector. We are engaged in composite poultry and industrial real estate. We have successfully built 18 high-density poultry farms, operated by CP Bangladesh. We have also built 5 state of the art broiler farms which are operated solely by Oasis, with CP Bangladesh as our operational partner & Big Dutchman (Germany) as our technical partner.
CONTRACT POULTRY FARMING
In 2018, we have completed our own first broiler poultry farm (without CP) which is a complete first ever Green Poultry Farm in the country with fully digitalized and automatic system with Bio-gas to produce our own electricity for the farm. Recently, we have completed two more similar state of art green compliance poultry (broiler) farms with similar capacities and two more projects under construction with same compliance and capacity.

In our above Poultry Farms, we have generated employment over few thousands of workers and currently supplying around 17-18% poultry needs of the country to meet the nutrition needs of the general people.
REAL ESTATE VENTURE
In 2015, we have diversified in Real Estate sector. Our team is dedicated to transforming dreams into reality through exceptional property solutions. With a distinguished history of success, we specialize in offering a wide range of meticulously tailored real estate services that cater to our clients' diverse needs. We have already completed few project in some different location of Dhaka & Mymensingh city meanwhile, we have also signed agreements for few more projects in other parts of Dhaka city for upcoming projects.
RENEWABLE ENERGY VENTURE
In 2018, we have successfully completed few projects in the fields of power plants, Sub-station installation, turnkey solution for automation of factories, Data center upgradations etc. In 2020, we also diversified our new venture on renewable energy plant from waste plastic and used tires and this recycling plant is under feasibility studies; which is a great national need now to save our environment pollution.
BIO GAS PLANT
In 2020, we also diversified our new venture on production of bio-gas production from the poultry manure. From our poultry farms we get everyday around 1.5 ton poultry manure, from which we can produce sufficient energy.

SOLAR PLANT
We have successfully completed three projects in the fields of solar. Our Solar plant is providing complete solar solutions to all the poultry farms operated by CP Bangladesh. We are also working on making large-scale solar power plants through a power-purchase agreement with the Government of Bangladesh.

ORGANIC FERTILIZER
Oasis team is working to set up an Organic fertilizer plant, hopefully in 2024 we can launch the fertilizer plant. This Organic fertilizer plant will operate with fully automatic Composting Machine (Chobu Compost Tank - imported from Japan).

E-COMMERCE VENTURE
Since we have been involved in broiler wholesale, dealers have been buying chickens from our farms and supplying them to the retail market.
But the dealer buys from other small farms also and supplies them to the market together with our chickens. All these small farms are very backward in terms of quality, improved feed and bio-security. These chickens are fed dirty feed and raised in unhealthy conditions. Due to this reason, these chickens are affected and infected with various diseases, these chickens are not at all healthy for human health.
In wet market our farm chickens live together with these affected chickens, for which the quality of our chicken deteriorates. Customers are buying unhealthy chicken from the market at the same price as our chicken.
Our objective is to deliver fresh and healthy chicken from our farm to the consumer’s doorstep instantly.
AQUACULTURE VENTURE
Oasis Services (Agro) Ltd. has established a state-of-the-art shrimp hatchery based on the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS)- a next-generation, environmentally sustainable aquaculture technology. The hatchery is dedicated to producing premium quality post-larvae (PL) of Macrobrachium rosenbergii (Golda), Penaeus monodon (Bagda), Penaeus vannamei (Vannamei), and Metapenaeus monoceros (Horina) to help bridge Bangladesh’s growing demand for high-quality shrimp seed.
Construction began in early 2025, and the hatchery commenced commercial operations in the first quarter of 2026.
Our operations are built on responsible resource management, bio-secure brood stock, continuous research, and circular economy principles. By integrating smart technologies and sustainable practices, we are creating a resilient production system that supports the future of Bangladesh’s aquaculture industry.
We are proud to introduce one of Bangladesh’s All Male PL, the finest Macrobrachium rosenbergii (Golda) brood lines to the market. In the coming phases, we will expand production with internationally recognized breeds of Penaeus monodon (Bagda), Penaeus vannamei (Vannamei), and Metapenaeus monoceros (Horina).
Since the launch of our commercial operations, farmers have reported excellent growth performance, high survival rates, and significantly lower mortality, reinforcing our commitment to supplying reliable, high-quality post-larvae for sustainable aquaculture.
AGRO VENTURE
ORGANIC FERTILIZER (JAPAN BANGLA JOIBO SHAR)
To support sustainable waste management across our five high-tech broiler farms, Oasis Services (Agro) Ltd. has established a modern Organic Fertilizer Plant with a production capacity of 1,000 metric tons per month. Our poultry farms, equipped with advanced Big Dutchman (Germany) technology, have a combined capacity of 775,000 birds per flock.
Each farm utilizes Chubu Tanks (Compost Tanks) from Chubu Ecotec Co., Ltd., Japan, an advanced composting system that converts poultry litter into high-quality dry manure. This manure is then processed with carefully selected natural ingredients to produce premium organic fertilizer at our Fertilizer Plant.
Our integrated waste management system ensures 100% environmentally responsible litter disposal, supports regulatory compliance, reduces environmental impact, and promotes a circular economy by transforming poultry waste into a valuable agricultural input.
In early 2025, we obtained approval from the Ministry of Agriculture to manufacture and market our organic fertilizer under the brand “Japan Bangla Joibo Shar”, and commercial production commenced the same year.
AGRO VENTURE
AGRICULTURAL MICRO-INGREDIENTS & PLANT NUTRITION SOLUTIONS
As part of our commitment to advancing sustainable agriculture, Oasis Services (Agro) Ltd. has obtained 10 licenses from the Ministry of Agriculture for the packaging and marketing of a range of agricultural micro-ingredients and the Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs), all of which are completely organic. Commercial marketing is scheduled to commence by the end of 2026.
These scientifically formulated products are designed to enhance soil fertility, improve nutrient uptake, promote healthy crop growth, increase productivity, and support the production of safe, high-quality agricultural produce. Through these innovative solutions, we aim to contribute to the modernization and sustainable development of Bangladesh’s agricultural sector.
